The Crooner & The Cowboy

Two distinct Texas voices. Two remarkable journeys. One unforgettable tour. Grammy Award-winning R&B artist Leon Bridges and Grammy-nominated Texas maverick Charley Crockett come together for The Crooner & The Cowboy—a series of once-in-a-lifetime shows that celebrate their shared roots, longtime friendship, and the rich musical heritage of Texas.

Bridges, known for his timeless storytelling and genre-bending sound, brings the spirit of his acclaimed fourth studio album Leon to the stage, alongside a career filled with platinum hits and sold out headline shows around the globe. From busking on the streets to selling out Dickies Arena in his native Forth Worth, his rise has been nothing short of extraordinary. With his signature smooth vocals and boundless creativity, Leon Bridges delivers a performance that’s as personal as it is powerful.

Charley Crockett, the modern-day outlaw of country music, joins as a very special guest, embodying the independent spirit of country music’s great songwriters. A self-made troubadour, Crockett carved his own path, releasing 14 independent albums and selling out legendary venues like Red Rocks and the Ryman. His latest record, Lonesome Drifter, produced by Shooter Jennings, channels the raw, unfiltered essence of a road-worn storyteller. Together, Bridges and Crockett bring their unique yet complementary styles to the stage, joined by a rotating cast of opening artists.

This isn’t just a concert—it’s a collision of soul and grit, an evening of music that echoes across time, place, and genre.

Leon Bridges

Leon Bridges – Grammy Award Winning R&B Artist, Songwriter, Dancer, Actor and Philanthropist.

Grammy Award winning recording artist and songwriter, Leon Bridges, brings to the stage all elements of his career spanning experiences, inspirations, and award winning catalog of songs with every performance. From working as a dishwasher and busking on the streets of his beloved Fort Worth, TX to being signed to a major label and performing at the White House for Former President Barack Obama within a two-year span, Leon has continued to push the boundaries of his career.

Leon has recently released his fourth full length album Leon, out now, which includes the lead single “Peaceful Place”. Recorded and produced by Ian Fitchuk (Kacey Musgraves, Maggie Rogers) at El Desierto on the outskirts of Mexico City with co-production from Daniel Tashian (Kacey Musgraves) in Nashville, Leon features 13 handcrafted tracks spotlighting Leon’s signature storytelling and organic genre alchemy. Leon unfolds as his most poignant, powerful, and personal body of work to date as the man himself takes you through the streets he knows best, the things he holds dearest, and the memories of the people and place that shaped him. This record is unmistakably Leon.

Between album releases, Leon has garnered over a dozen platinum and gold certifications, stacked up billions of streams, and entrenched himself at the forefront of culture. As a sought-after collaborator, he has impressively joined forces with everyone from John Mayer and Kacey Musgraves to Lucky Daye, Noah Cyrus, Khruangbin and Carin León. Collaborating so far this year with Gunna on “clear my rain,” contributing to the Twister soundtrack with “Chrome Cowgirl,” and joining Kacey Musgraves on “Superbloom” for the extended edition of her album Deeper Well, Leon continues to position himself as musical chameleon that can bend any genre to fit into his boundless sonic universe. Now returning to the stories that made him on his fourth full-length album, Leon, he introduces his next era, elevating his artistry and vision to new heights once again.

Charley Crockett

Some people politely wait for their turn, ask for permission, and take a shot at their dreams when the opportunity allows. Charley Crockett isn’t one of those people. He’s never just waited around, asked for permission, or let opportunity find him. Instead, the GRAMMY® Award-nominated Texas-born maverick defied the odds at every turn, tapping into a rebellious strain of country, releasing 14 albums independently, and grinding from obscurity to selling out some of the world’s most renowned venues.

As Pitchfork points out, “in the decade it took Crockett to brush country stardom, the bygone era of music he loves and embodies arrived in the modern age. He is a key player in deciding where it will go next.” He has continuously pushed forward too. Since 2015, he has paved a singular path out of Texas. Beyond garnering hundreds of millions of streams, he picked up his first GRAMMY® nod for 2024’s $10 Cowboy. In the last year alone, he notably sold out Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO, the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, CA and two nights at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN. Crockett and his music have also received praise from The New Yorker, Rolling Stone, and Variety.

Speaking to his impact, CBS Mornings chronicled his journey, and he’s sat down for an interview on The Daily Show. Plus, he’s graced the stage for performances on Austin City Limits, Jimmy Kimmel Live! and CBS “Saturday Sessions” in addition to playing behind NPR Music’s “Tiny Desk.” With multi-GRAMMY® Award-winning Shooter Jennings as co-producer, the same unapologetic spirit, diehard work ethic, and no-nonsense honesty drive Crockett’s Island Records debut LP, Lonesome Drifter.

Noeline Hofmann

‘Wild Rose Country Music’

From bittersweet ballad to gritty barn burner, Noeline Hofmann brings the glowing expanse of the Plains to the stage- a voice with the golden charm of a meadowlark and lyricism with the strike of a rattlesnake. As observed by Whiskey Riff, “this girl walks the walk and talks the talk.” Between a history of working in honky-tonks and punching cattle across the Canadian Prairies, Hofmann’s sage songwriting and live show bleed a head-turning authenticity through her sterling brand of ‘wild rose’ country music.

Named one of Holler Country’s 24 New Country & Americana Artists for 2024, the notoriety of 20-year-old Hofmann’s musical prowess has extended far beyond her home in the Badlands of Southern Alberta, Canada since emerging onto the scene in early 2023.

Hot off of the release of a live video recording of her song ‘Purple Gas,’ episode number seven of Zach Bryan’s iconic video series, ‘The Belting Bronco,’ Hofmann hit the ground with the pedal down into 2024, and with tour dates supporting Charley Crockett and Wyatt Flores approaching in the coming months as well as plans to make her debut to streaming services within the year, has no intentions of letting up.

As stated by Saving Country Music, “ultimately we’re not looking for the next performer that can draw comparisons to Zach Bryan, Tyler Childers, Colter Wall, or Sierra Ferrell. We’re looking for the next performer who like the aforementioned names is fiercely themselves, blazing a path forward through the thick underbrush of originality as opposed to the well-worn grooves of the familiar and formulaic…That is how singer and songwriter Noeline Hofmann is separating herself from the herd, even in these moments that are in her formative stages.” The trajectory of Hofmann’s snowballing acclaim straight out of the gate points towards a road ahead that is chock-full of stage lights and marquee signs; the making of a prominent new voice in the alternative country music soundscape.
